Private Lesson Policies

Tuition Rates:

  • 30 minutes: $40
  • 45 minutes: $60
  • 60 minutes: $80

Registration fee: $25

Tuition payments: Prepayment for the month required.

Tuition due: The last week of the month for the following month.

Payment: Checks payable to Torch Light Music School. $25 fee for any returned checks.

Schedule: Lessons are held every week with the exception of school vacations and federal holidays. Lessons during July and August are optional.

Cancellations: 24 hour notice needed. Illness or family emergencies only to receive credit.

Make up lessons: Discretion of Torch Light Music School. Due to full schedule, Torch Light Music cannot guarantee make up lessons.

Discontinuing lessons: 30 day notice and last month’s tuition required.

Inclement weather: Emails will be sent if lessons are cancelled. Credit will be given.

I understand that transportation to and from lessons is the sole responsibility of a parent/legal guardian and hereby waive responsibility of Torch Light Music and its personnel from liability for any accidental injury.
